What's your background?
I have been playing video games since I was 4 years old and have loved every bit of it. I've always tried to play as many games as possible, regardless of their genre. I studied Digital Design for 3 years before starting my time at Playgroundsquad. I had no previous experience with making games nor had I ever touched an engine.

Tell me about your studies at PSQ?
I studied Game Design at Playgroundsquad. Game Design as I see it is kind of the middle ground between Graphics and Code, all things in between those is done by a designer. At Playgroundsquad I got to learn a lot about what type of job a designer does, everything from producer to systems designer. There is a lot to learn and Playgroundsquad gave me knowledge not only of how to find resources and research in a more accurate way, but also let me explore my interests through differently tailored assignments.
What's cooking/ what are you working on right now?
Right now I'm focusing fully on my internship as part of the Playgroundsquad education. I'm having my internship at Snowprint Studios working on mobile games.
Tell us about something PSQ-related that makes you proud, happy, or makes you laugh?

Do you have any do’s and don’ts for future students?
Do: Learn how to take criticism and feedback.
Don't: Take every bit of feedback as a personal attack.
Do: Ask around with your peers if there is something you don't know and want to learn more about.
Don't: Think that you're above or better than other people, regardless of what they are doing, you never know their history.
Do: Make sure to involve yourself in activities and learn to know your peers, they're also going to be game developers and networking is super important.
Don't: Be scared over not finding any place for internship, no matter how dire the situation might look there will almost always be a way out.
